Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account and reservation: first and last name, phone number, email address, language preference.

Reservation details: which home, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, amount and payment status.

Payment: the amount, the status and the payment provider’s transaction reference. Card numbers and CVV are never sent to us and are not stored by us.

Identity document: uploaded only where required (for example owner or staff verification) and stored with its verification status.

Messages: messages sent to support and to the owner.

Technical records: a log of sign-ins and of key operations, kept for security.

Why we use it

To create, confirm and manage reservations.

To coordinate work with the owner and the cleaning team.

To take and record payment.

To provide support and to resolve disputes such as damage claims.

To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and do not rent it to third parties for advertising.

Who we share it with

The home owner: the name, phone number and dates needed for the stay.

The cleaning and inspection team: only what the task requires.

The payment provider: what is needed to take payment.

Google: only if you choose “Sign in with Google”.

Public authorities where the law requires it.

Social media videos

Brona publishes videos of listed homes on its own TikTok and Instagram accounts. The videos are assembled from the listing photographs and are posted only to accounts owned by Brona.

To post to TikTok, Brona connects its own TikTok account to the platform. Only the access tokens of Brona’s own account are stored on our server. We do not collect TikTok data about site visitors and we never ask a visitor for a TikTok account.

The videos do not show guests — only the home itself.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses cookies that are necessary for sessions and sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.

Small preferences, such as the chosen language, may be kept in browser storage.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored on a server in Nuremberg, Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH).

The database is backed up every night.

How long we keep it

Reservation and payment records are kept for accounting and for possible disputes.

When an account is deleted the personal data is removed, except documents the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You may see your data, correct it, and ask for it to be deleted.

Write to info@brona.az. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
